Entendemos que solo con la participación de todos los actores que interaccionan con los Servicios para las Personas con Discapacidad, podremos revertir los errores pasados, y el Gobierno Nacional, hará los esfuerzos necesarios, en busca de soluciones permanentes para tal fin.
